We are delighted to announce that Nicola Cope, our Operations and Compliance Manager, has increased her working hours to dedicate more time to our customers. Starting from 1st December 2023, Nicola will now be working for Conquered IT on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and is available for all aspects of customer account management, including sales, ordering, engineer scheduling, contracts and billing.
Nicola has been with Conquered IT since we started the business and has been instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our operations and delivering excellent customer service. She is always ready to help our customers with any queries or issues they may have, and to provide them with the best solutions for their IT needs.
Nicola brings with her a wealth of knowledge from the NHS around policies, procedures and compliance, and we will be using this to help our customers become Cyber Essentials Certified.
