Mark Cope
Mark has 16+ years’ experience in the IT Industry ranging from 1st Line Support to IT Project Engineer. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and has worked with systems including Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange and carried out migrations to Microsoft 365. He has experience working with many security products including Kaspersky, Sophos and is a certified WatchGuard Firewall Technician. He has extensive knowledge of how IT Systems integrate including Networking, VLANs, Site-to Site VPNs, Wi-Fi and Internet connectivity.
“Having worked with SMEs for 16 years my strength is creating relationships with customers and understanding what their Business and IT needs are. IT is a broad area, but it starts with the customer being able to pick up the phone and speak with someone who knows and understand their IT systems.“
Nicola Cope
Nicola has worked in the healthcare sector since 2009. For many years she worked in the NHS and in more recent years branched out to working in the private healthcare sector.
During this time, she has been instrumental in assisting GP practices in preparing for inspections and ensuring that they are complying to the relevant guidelines.
She has specialised in producing policies and SOPs for practices, including GDPR, data protection, information governance, data security and business continuity planning. She works well alongside Mark in her role as compliance manager ensuring that all relevant standards are being met.

Jack Collis
“Hey there! I’m Jack Collis, an experienced IT engineer at Conquered IT. With eight years of experience in IT, I’ve had the privilege of progressing from an apprentice all the way to my current role. It’s been an incredible journey of growth and learning. From the moment I started as an apprentice, I knew I had found my passion for technology. Through my dedication and hard work, I steadily advanced, gaining valuable experience in first line support and honing my skills as an IT engineer. I enjoy working with Microsoft 365 and learning new technologies, and how they can benefit our customers. Now, I get to bring my expertise to the table and make a meaningful impact on our clients’ businesses.”

With two decades of experience in customer service and administrative support, she brings a deep understanding of how to deliver exceptional service and maintain efficient operations. Over the years, she has honed her skills in anticipating client needs, problem-solving, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled with precision and care.
