On Sunday 10th September 2023, Nicola and her sister Ali completed the 50KM Thames Path Challenge in 12 hours, 15 minutes and 58 seconds, in aid of the British Heart Foundation.
This has been the culmination of many months of training and practice walks, in total they have raised £1,460! The challenge was was inspired by Nicola and Ali’s Mum, Rona, suffering a SCAD event last year and requiring major surgery.
